About Us
Bike hire / shop/ and boating supplies.
We are a well established seasonal family run bike hire business in the seaside town of Barmouth, N.Wales.
We provide bikes and accessories for all the family to enjoy a day out together.
Located near the harbour and close to Barmouth bridge, we are ideally situated for you to start your cycle route along the popular and beautiful Mawddach Trail.
This route follows a 9 mile stretch of former railway track that follows alongside the estuary and finishes at the historic town of Dolgellau.
Booking
We have a limited amount of bikes and attachments available, therefore it is advisable to pre-book by messaging through our website/Facebook page or phoning, especially during the busy holiday period to avoid disappointment.
(Please message with the day you’d like/ heights/ children's age and collection time) and we’ll check availability, We open from 10am.
During peak times we will hold reserved bikes for a maximum of one hour from the pick up time agreed.
Day’s we are closed, will be advertised on here, our Facebook page and shop door.

What we offer

Daily Hire Only-
(sorry we do not do multi-day hire)
Full day 10am-4pm (5pm in holidays/summer) or half day (up to 4 hrs, latest return by 4/5pm).
Latest hire 3pm.
Adult bikes- 26"wheel +
£17 full /£14 half
Children’s bikes (18”, 20", 24"wheel, age 4yrs-12yrs depending on height)
£10 full /£7 half
Child seat (up to 22kg max) + £5
Tag-a-Long (4 - 7 years) + £10
Child Trailer ( from 12mths up to 35kg max) +£10
Dog Trailer (up to 34kg max) +£10
Sorry we do not hire the bike attachments separately.
Helmets/bike lock's included in price.
All bikes are serviced regularly and checked/sanitised before hire.
You ride at your own risk.
Payment by card or cash (a form of ID must be left if paying by cash please)
